Refund amount not credited to my account

Travel Complaint Complaint Date: January 3, 2021
On Jan 2020 I have booked 2 international flights through make my trip and those flights cancelled due nation wide lock down . That amount appeared on make my trip wallet after few months and I requested to transfer wallet amount to my bank account and they accepted refund request. After few days in makemytrip app it’s showing as amount refunded to account but I have not received any amount from Makemytrip.
