Irresponce of conductor and not having iintime bus

Dear sir,
Bus numb KA 17 F 1831 on 01.02.2020 time 6.30pm conductor which is on duty was not giving response and talked irrespectively to passangers. And also not having correct service time to time bus from mudigere to ujire. Passengers having so much trouble..
