Hello friends,
Myself Hameem from Bangalore, i got invited to a hotel in Whitefield on 22nd nov 2022 to collect free vouchers and ended up loosing 2.4L to them via credit card. They didn't say anything about the agreement. They have promised the membership is cancellable in first month.
Everything was lie. We have met Mr Harish Kumar and Paras Sharma over there.
Very next day we have asked them to cancel the membership and do the refund, they started playing games with us. Finally we have registered a complaint in Whitefield police station.
The tricky is Mr Paras Sharma I'd from sales team and he called us on 24th Nov 2022 and asked us to take a complimentary stay and based on our dissatisfaction he will update the company to refund the money as the customer has availed a service from us and they are not satisfied.
We have the call recordings of those and we will be taking them legally.
They just reply to our emails are 6:00 PM and close there machines that's it.
They are just doing Fraud in metro cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, dwarka, Delhi etc.
So be Alert before paying to them. They won't even take your consent for the payments. They will take your card in the name of no cost EMI check and they will initiate the transaction.
On the same time two female representatives will come and take signatures from our spouses, of which they didn't aware of because they have called us for the voucher and end up taking signature from my wife.
This is very pathetic.

They are fraud people. They never do what they commit. For every thing they will ask for extra charges. Never ever give you 5star property. Not recommended at all!!
