Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Priyanka Anand Sabley(Priyanka Ingle before marriage) booked Travels ticket on 9th Dec 2015 (details – Pune-Wardha, date of journey- 23rd Dec 2015, time – 8:00 pm, Seat no – 19 and 20, fare – 1624, PNR – 51929591-1185456, Paytm ticket id – OFEXPT, Oreder ID – 1389297414, Non AC seater- Sana Travels).
CASE :-
I got call from Bus Operator of Sana travels at 10:00 am on the date of journey (23rd Dec 2015), that bus is cancelled and he conveyed about cancellation to RED Bus (there I s connection between RED bus and Paytm regarding bus ticket booking), so Paytm will refund your money in around 7 working days. And he offered us the ticket of Sleeper (of 6:00 pm), travelling on the same date and want full amount of ticket in hand. I tried a lot to contact with Paytm but was not able to contact them. We (me and my husband-Anand Sabley) went at travels location (Sangamwadi parking 2) and again confirmed from bus operator about the cancellation of Bus (Bus operator’s contact no – “9130090005” - as I got in the message from Paytm). As we were not able to contact Paytm, by believing bus operator we booked ticket of Sleeper by giving him 2600 Rs. (Extra than previous ticket amount)- full amount of ticket.
From 23 Dec 2015 only I am writing emails to Paytm and being contact with them( I have all the conversation email with me as proof, Paytm is saying that they contacted Bus operator and confirmed that bus was not cancelled). Bus operator is still accepting that bus was cancelled and he conveyed to Red bus about it, but Paytm is denying the fact and not refunding the money.
Please help me with this as I am not getting whom to blame. Kindly let me know the status of my complaint, and please also take care of mental stress I am going through.
