Request for Refund of Rs.17092, Paid for rescheduling Flight PNR NO:RB7G6F.
I booked four tickets by the portal Yatra.com as on 24th feb 2016 with booking ref no:
240216874782803 with Air Asia Flight No:15-2228 from (BLR) TO (DEL) dept on 28.03.2016.
dept time 20:50 with PNR NO:RB7G6F
Name :Rajiv Grover , Pragti Grover,Shriya Grover & Shivohi Grover.
As on 20.03.2016 I recieved a text message from Air Asia that my flight has changed from
15-2228 to 15-722 with the change in departure time from 20:50 to 22:50. After this changewas made by Air Asia I called them for rescheduling my flight to 27.03.2016 with the flight no:15-176,departure at 5 p.m. As per the changed travel Itinerary, I web Checked in on 27.03.2016 & reached the Airport well in time and boarded the luggage as i was present at gate no:6 for boarding the flight at 4:45 pm but was refused to board by Mr. Sameer Inglee (boarding Supervisor),he was so rude, rigid & uncooperative rather that helping me to board the flight he wasted 15 mintues in argument & din't let me board the flight with the reason of no show.
The Air Asia staff members never bothered to contact me in the airport, later he offered me
same flight which i originally booked & took the price difference of Rs.17,092 for
rescheduling it again.
When I went for the boarding the Flight on 28.03.2016 Flight No:15-722 which was delayed
for 30 minutes. Now when I was late for just 5 minutes to board I was denied boarding
whereas no one was answerable from your staff memebers for your delay of 30 minutes of
Flight no:15-722 which I boarded.
So Kindly consider the whole episode and refund my payment of Rs.17092. which was taken
for reschduling, As early as possible .
