Refund of Membership and EMI - Club Mahindra

On 18th january 2015 we have taken membership of Club Mahindra in Korba (C.G) by making the advance payment of 27000 and it was promised and agreed by Sudhanshu Sales person of Club that on giving two reference we will be provided Apple I Pad Air 2 maximium upto end of Feb 2015. Further it was not informed to us that we will receive a confirmation call and we can cancel our membership at that time also even it was informed to us that they will just confirm for DOB, Contact No. and address. now whenever we followup with that Sudhanshu he never pick our call and message that he will call later . After continous folloup we receive call from a Girl named Nidhi ( might be fraud partner of Sudhansu ) and she told me that Apple I Pad is in Courier and when i ask for Docket Number she told me to not to call her and cal Sudhanshu only. After few months he told me that Apple I Pad could not be given and even i cannot cancel my membership . they have details of my credit Card taken at the time of membership and i asked them to not claim any EMI till matter is resolved and even though the claimed it in bank and Charged rs. 8800 again .Even it was assured to me that proper action will be taken against that person Sudhanshu , till date no action is taken and even Sudhanshu told us that he has left Club Mahindra and we should not call him any more. Now i request Club Mahindra to refund all my money paid as no terms and conditions were disclosed to us and when we go for cancellation they shocked us. I have given more that 40-50 mails to memberrelation of Club and not received any single satisfactory response. Now i need help of Consumer Forums to get the refund of money.

    UNFORTUNATELY I AM MEMBER OF CLUB MAHINDRA (ID – 2674036)
    WHEN I TOOK MEMBERSHIP IT WAS PROMISED ME TO GIVE 8 DAYS COMPLIMENTARY. IT WAS PROMISED BY SO CALLED REGIONAL MANAGER MR. JUBER.
    HOWEVER WHEN I GOT MEMBERSHIP, I GOT ONLY 4 DAYS. WHICH CAN BE UTILIZED AT ANY RESORT EXCEPT LONAVALA
    AFTER ESCALATION TO MANY PLACES, I GOT VOUCHERS FOR 4 DAYS, SO I WAS EXPECTING THE SAME SERVICE, that is VOUCHER CAN BE UTILIZED AT ANY RESORT EXCEPT LONAVALA
    I USED TWO DAYS VOUCHER & REMAINING 2 DAYS I EXTENDED RECENTLY & I CAME TO KNOW RECENTLY THAT THIS VOUCHER WHICH I EXTENDED DOESNT GIVE FLEXIBILITY TO BOOK ANY RESORT, I CAN BOOK ONLY 35 RESORTS.
    AT FIRST PLACE PROMISE WAS NOT KEPT, I GOT LESS DAYS, SECOND I GOT VOUCHER BUT THE RESORTS ARE LIMITED.
    MY QUESTION IS, IS THIS VOUCHER WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A CHARITY ? AS A FAVOR ? MY EXPECTATION IS, I PAID FOR THIS & IT WAS PROMISED TO ME, SO I EXPECT IT.
    I SEE ITS COMPLETE LAKE OF COMMITMENT FROM COMPANY LIKE CLUB MAHINDRA. LOT OF MY TIME IS WASTED IN ESCALATION & EXPLAINING BASIC DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.

    I ALSO WANT TO CHECK WHAT ACTIONS CLUB MAHINDRA HAS TAKEN AGAINST MR.JUBER ? THE WAY HE TREATED CUSTOMER AFTER TAKING MEMBERSHIP IS VERY SURPRISING. TIER 3 HOTELS PROVIDE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMITMENT THAN CLUB MAHINDRA SALES TEAM
