Refund of cancelled flight not initiated

Hi, I have pending refund request from last 8-9Months. I made the booking of Qatar airlines Warsaw- Delhi via Doha. Flight date was 10.04.2020, PNR- SI7W57, Ticket no- 157-3316145575. It was cancelled due to corona virus. Since then it's a long story, too many mails exchanged. Every time surety was provided that MMT team is following up on this. After missing deadlines several times, I have no response and update from MMT on my request
