Complaint against MakeMytrip.com MMT regarding refund

I booked my travel tickets via MMT & no booking vouchers were released my travel was less than 24 hours. Upon following up was informed that the baggage amount of ₹6000 was supposed to be paid. However, I did receive the email prior stating full payment received & baggage included. Upon disputing of this they said it was mistake & still I will have to pay ₹4470 to them a discounted price & only then my tickets will be received. I paid the amount just to get my vouchers. Have my chasing them but seems useless.
After this at Bangkok airport I wanted to take the visa & my next flight was for Phuket. The visa process took me more than 3 hours that I missed my flight to Phuket & was forced to by new tickets of Thai airlines for ₹21000 for 3 people. MMT did not inform me prior that visa process takes this much & gave me less time connecting flight. I’m daily writing emails to them & copying their CEO but they are not replying. I need my hard earned money back.
