Wrongfully fined for missing ticket - delhi cluster bus

I was travelling from arts faculty D.U bus stop to Khalsa college ring road bus stop
I had taken the ticket of Rs 5 for that bus was crowded too much i entered in the bus took the ticket and kept in the upper pocket of the shirt.
I have no idea when my ticket from my pocket is missing in that crowd along with ticket i also missed my Rs 90 from my pocket ,when I Deboard from the bus on that bus stop ticket checker was there they Forcefully asked for the fine I also explain all the events and incidents but he don't even listen mine this is so harassing he also threatened to me to go to police station . he fine me for Rs 200 that was injustice with me and totally inhumanity.
we as a student not excepting like that this is hard earning money and how someone fine like that .
kindly help on this issue and order to him for refund my money.
