Dear sir,

I hereby requested you to take immediate action against cluster bus driver they do not stop bus on bus stop even passengers call them for the same, it was an incident dated 20/07/17, bus no. DL 1PD 0198, timing 09:08 AM, he skip the karkardooma stand even lot of passengers call them to stop the bus but he didn't.

I requested you to take necessary steps to improve current situations, because they are providing services in capital of Nation, so it would give negative image in the entire Nation and world as well.
