I have hired services of Travel agent – Travel Smart, whose office is in UG-15A, Somdutt chambers-1, Delhi – 110066 and Owner is Ashish.

I have undertaken services of this agent to arrange travel tickets and hotel stay for my recent visit to Tokyo, Japan (4-Sept-16 to 14-Sept-16). I have contacted the agent through phone and emails only, since I have hired his services 2 times earlier as well for my personal visits.
The agent have delivered my travel tickets (air tickets of 2 persons – spouse and child), as promised (copy of travel tickets booking attached). He has also taken the money to book hotel in japan – Metropolitan Edmont, Tokyo, Japan, but he has not paid the hotel for booking, wherein I paid Rs 63,000/- in advance to the agent (copy of transaction attached). The stay in hotel was from 09-Sept-16 till 14-sept-16 (5 nites). When I arrived at the hotel taking the hotel voucher as issued by Ashish, hotel informed that the booking was canceled by agent without reason. Then I need to again pay to hotel to stay on my own – additional Rs 50,000/-.

Ashish of Travel Smart Holidays duped me also. He booked 4 tics for USA for.my company. Sent us the tic details then we made the payment to him, only to later know that he had only blocked the dates and no payments have been made. Now he is absconding. Plz any lead of his new address in Ghaziabad kindly let me know

The employee Ashish who's email address is Ashish@TravelSmartHolidays.co.in cheated us. I paid 1,20,000Rs for Bali trip through Credit Card which he cancelled later and didn't return the money. I believe that company's other employees are also involved in that. Ideally in case of cancellation amount should be returned on Credit Card but I didn't received yet.
