Misbehavior of OLA Driver, driver was highly unprofessional

This is was happened today with my friend.
"the driver was highly unprofessional. Firstly, when i asked him to reach my pick up location with the help of GPS, then he told me that his navigator is not working properly. So, keeping that in mind i told him the exact location but he didn't come to that location and even was not ready to move his vehicle from that point. I had to walk for around 200 meters to reach his cab location.
At the time of drop, he stopped the ride 2 KM prior to my destination and when i showed him the location via the Track ride option of OLA, he was not ready to agree with that and he stopped the ride then and there. There was no Auto and not even any Rickshaw which i would have got from that location. He didn't even move his cab for even 100 meters from that location. Meanwhile, i called OLA support(Lokesh), and explained him the whole situation, even he asked the driver to drop me to the correct destination but he was not even talking to the OLA support.
I have been mentally tortured by the OLA driver (Lakshmi Chand ). Contact Number : 9582586482
He has wasted my time and spoiled my mood and made me suffer so much.
I even missed one of my important meeting because of all this.
I had to take Auto from that location to reach my Destination when i paid for the Destination.
I want a strict action to be taken against the driver or otherwise i will file an FIR against the Driver and OLA too.
Also, i need a written and verbal communication over what action has been taken against the driver.
Even i want double refund for not dropping me to the correct location and also compensation for the suffering which i have experienced today.
If anywhere i find that proper action has not been taken, then i will take this on twitter or any of the Social networking sites."
