Hi Team,
This is regarding holiday booking made by me with Super Travel Time private limited a Delhi based firm for thailand trip departure from bangalore on Dec 12th and I am from Bangalore booked for two members. As a result I had made a payment of Rs 20000 as booking amount on 10th December. But thereafter I haven't received any communication with respect to booking cofirmation. Hence kindly request you to help me in claiming the amount.
Please let me know the procedure to file a complaint if the above information provided is not sufficient.
