We booked 10 days Europe tour. Begining with Paris. We were told we wud get ETIHAD airways but they booked ALITALLIA without even asking. Hotel also changed. What they booked is a hotel in Massey which is 35 km from Paris. A very small hotel. Even one star hotels in india are better. Vehicle they promised Merc but they provided 55 seater DTC type bus. We were in Paris for two days. One day sight seeing was cancelled. Our Paris sightseeing was a total washout. Their agent Subhasini is hopeless. Feel miserable
