Cheating and Coercion by MakeMy Trip

I had booked a Holiday package for Eastern Europe Tour with MakeMyTrip starting 26th April 2020 paying an advance of Rs 26,000/=. The package had a VISA Travel Protection i.e. in case of inability to obtain VISA the entire money was refundable. The tour did not materialize. MakeMyTrip abandoned the trip. Embassies/Consulates also suspended services. Everything happened well in advance and not at the nick of time, still MakeMyTrip is refusing to refund full amount of advance they had received conditionally. They are coercing me into buying another package of theirs which is not only illegal, is unprofessional and unethical for any operator in Service Industry.
