Flight cancelled but money not refunding

I have booked a flight from make my trip and my travel date was 17th april 20 and my booking id was NF70156272288884. Flight was cancelled by the airline. I have made a request for the refund several times but they are not responding and everytime they are asking for a new complaint.

Kindly help me to get my money back.
