refund not received booked ticket from redbus from gandhidham to ahmedabad

I booked ticket from redbus from gandhidham to ahmedabad.The type of bus is changed for which booking is made,hence refund is claimed but refund amount is not credited by payu money even if redbus & operator is agreed.They counted discounted amount which is not issue as amount is decreased due to bus type(total 3 tickets and refund amount is 300 rupees but payumoney credit only 25+25.....
