we are not satisfied with response from bus operator is chating us we are not comfortable in volvo bus and hence we book scania bus which is not provided during journey not intimate us before traveling to book altenate arrangements and also bus arrived too late at boarding location so refund the balance amount after deducting volvo charges by operator booked through redbus agency
