I HAVE PURCHASED A AIR TICKET FROM EASY MY TRIP(ID NO-EMT56926010) DUE TO DELAY FLIGHT AIRLINCE CANCLE MY TICKET AND PROVIDE A SLIP WHICH IS ELLIGABLE FOR FULL REFUND,IHAVE ALL DOCUMENTS LIKE FULL REFUND SLIP,AIR TICKET, AND AIRLINCE REPLAY. BUT EASY MY TRIP CANNOT GIVE ME MONY BACK.AND JOURNY DATE WAS(09/04/2019)

    dear sir
    i recently got cheated by easemytrip.

    they emailed me saying that my flight is cancelled. then they made me book another ticket on their portal (at a higher fare) and then they charged me upto 20800 rupees for cancellation of my previous flight and now they are not reverting.
