Poor service and not settling against incurred Charges

Dear sir,
I want to inform you that i hired correct-X logistics services for shifting of my home items from Jamnagar, Gujarat to Patta, Uttar Pradesh.
Shifting of material done from Jamnagar to Patta but as per agreement Correct-X had to deliver the material door to door basis but Gatti courier (Correct-X sent material by Gatti) peoples refused to shift material to my new room and they dropped all material in open space near to my room.
Same informed to Correct-X and they agreed to reimburse the amount for shifting of material to my room.
Also same was shifted with the help of local contractor and it costed 1300/-.
After opening the received boxes it was observed that damage occurred during transportation to washing machine and AC unit.
Same repair work done and it costed 3975/-.
Now all these mentioned points conveyed to Correct-X supervisors and initially they agreed to reimburse whole amount, but when no action initiated i tried again for contacting them, they blocked my no.
Then i tried to contact them through my friend but again they given assurance to him for resolution but till date no action initiated.
Request to ask the company for reimburse claimed amount and improve there customer services.
