Poor customer service and negligent response to customer by Shama Sardar Travels, Chennai branch

I bring to your notice, that the response to customer at Chennai branch is very bad. I booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore yesterday(28 May,2016) through Goibibo website. Firstly there is no proper travel intimation from you travel desk. The bus timing was mentioned 11.30 pm, but the bus left earlier. I tried contacting the Chennai branch, but all contacts numbers mentioned in Goibibo site were incorrect. I got their contact details from google and requested the branch to wait for five minutes. They agreed to it. When I approached the pickup point, the bus not only left but the crew spoke very rude and did not give proper response. I was willing to travel to Koyembedu pick up point, to catch the bus, but there were no efforts from the crew to help the customer. Being a female traveler , travelling alone this left me in trouble. If the bus crew had no intention to help, they could have mentioned that clearly when I called them at 10.00 pm. I could have at least, cancelled the bus ticket and would have looked for alternate traveling. The crew wasted my time, because of which I missed the only train available for my destination at that night.
