Paid for A/C serivce and not provided for A/C service

I traveled with my family(5 member - Rs 890 each ticket) in hindustan travels bus from Coimbatore to mayiladuthurai on 20-may-2016. Its AC Sleeper Bus. The driver stopped the AC once all passengers get in to the bus. Driver simply lied that AC was not working.All had heavy fight and stopped the bus. Patrol Police came and advised us to travel in the bus rather fighting..Driver used bad words to customers. At last, We traveled without AC in the bus nearly 300KM..
My sister slept in upper sleeper with kids and driver simply opened the roof top. She was not able to sit with kids due to heavy cold air. When she asked about this driver, he responded with bad words..Even they are not ready payback the amount and no response from the travels.
