I received multiple calls from the company to attend their promotional program and offered free dinner and free trip as a gift in hotel JIVA 93 Sakchi ,Jamshedpur,Jharkhand.After reaching there his company's executive Mr. Hrishikesh Dubey(9871769062) offered us a member ship of 5 years in Rs 85000. Which we were not interested but they assured us that money is totally refundable if in future we are not interested in continuing it or we faced any issue. They promised for 5 to 7 star properties, different gifts offers like up to 25 percent discount on flights, free spa in hotels, free pick-up and drop, discount on food etc for the members. When I asked how you can offer cheap air ticket then they told they are purchasing ticket in advance and in bulk from the airlines. They told that you have to pay in EMI not full money today and EMI will after 45 days and before that also you can plan a trip. Later they told there is some technical issue so if I pay through credit card then they will refund all the interest which I have to pay to bank for converting it to EMI. In fact they asked me to swap only 75000/- and further he asked that additional difference amount of interest will be refund just after submitting details from the bank next week. In addition to that they offered 2days free accommodation in digha and 2 additional week which will be valid for next 7 years. He convinced me to swap 75000/- from my credit card.
Next day when I did enquiry over the internet I found suspicious then tried to contact customer but no-one was reopened so I went to meet them again in same hotel with spy camera and asked to take money either in EMI or to refund the money to me but they denied and asked me to plan a travel and in case any issue they will refund the amount.
I submitted interest detail to them on 23rd Oct and they confirmed me that difference amount of Rs11379.42 will be refunded within a week but as on date 08th Dec I have not received it. Most of the time they are not picking my calls and when he is receiving the call telling it will be done in a day or two.
I booked hotel in Digha through them which is not per their commitment of 5 to 7 star. That hotel was not even 3 star hotel.
Now I want my money back but they are not responding over phone or mail.

I booked my airline tickets on 17 dec from Delhi to Coimbatore by air India express which was cancelled by airline itself then I booked ticket in indigo for same date & destination through MakeMyTrip.
Now MakeMyTrip is suppose to refund my amount of Rs 22,846/- for which they are offering voucher which I am not ready to accept.
Request you to take stringent action against this behaviour of MakeMyTrip
