Not being travelled with confirmed tickets

Travel Complaint Complaint Date: June 11, 2022
I reached the travel day at time on the departure palce.but a buss staff didn't let me travel with my tickets because, according to him ,he didn't accept online book ticket.
He behaved rudely and put my luggage out of the bus.he also said that you can't do anything of me "lots of cases already charged on me".(I don't know his name but have his photo).
I am stunned that how a great company is defamed by such staff.
When I contacted to customer service they're saying that they will refund me only 50% of the amount of tickets.
