TMC 65AC Bus Maintenance and Marathon Chowk Stop

Dear Team TMC AC Bus Department.

Hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to bring to your notice the deteriorating state of hygiene and cleanliness standards for 65AC Buses plying too and fro between Thane Railway Station East and Borivali Railway Station East.
To add to the pains yesterday night around 8:00 P.M., one of the buses in which I was commuting from Borivali Railway Station (E) to Thane, broke down at Fountain Hotel.
Moreover the attitude of your driver's and conductor's is like they are the hole ans sole. I am saying this with reference to halting at Teen Hath Naka stop (Marathon Chowk) while moving towards Thane Railway Station (E). All the driver's and conductor's directly say we have been allotted halt at the start of flyover at the time of booking the journey ticket itself. *This is not at all a proper halt/stoppage point, neither it is safe.* If you have to do so, do at both the side of stoppage, why only passenger's going towards Thane need to get down at the start/end of Teen Hath Naka Flyover? If it is so please display the same over your buses, details of atleast the unsafe halt at the start/end of the said flyover.

Most of the passenger including myself completely agree to get down, as we have no other option. We also agree if there is too much traffic, considering ease of operation by saving over time. But if the road is empty, it is the duty of bus driver to take the bus as per regular route underneath flyover. Real problem I see here is that even if senior citizens or people travelling with luggage are in the bus, they are forced to get down at the start/end of Teen Hath Naka Flyover.
I hope you will take each and every words mentioned here in best of its spirit to resolve
all the concerns at the earliest.
