Delaying Airline refund

It has been a year since all of us are battling corona and lockdown curbs in various cities but companies like akbartravels have made a business out of this. Due to lockdowns imposed in various states, the airlines have declared full refunds for flight tickets, as confirmed by the airlines, they refund the money to the travel companies just the next day after the customer requests refunds however akbartravels takes around 20-30 working days for the money to get deposited into customers account.I have booked with other companies like goibibo, yatra and MakeMyTrip as well and uthe refund process is much smoother, they take max to max 7 days for the amount to process into the account but akbartravels takes minimum of 20 working days which is almost about a month. Their excuse is that they are heavily flooded with refunds and there is a huge backlog but I believe all company's have been battling these struggling time and the fact that akbartravels have not been able to combat this situation clearly shows how I efficient they are. I am still waiting for my airline refunds worth Rs 47000 over 3 PNRs since 18th May 2021 and everytime I write to them their response is there is heavy backlog and it will take 15-20 days but they never mention 15-20 days from when. This is clearly a strategy of these travel companies of earning heavy interests from thr banks in lieu of these refunds by keeping them longer than usual for maximum benefit. Akbartravels is clearly a very unethical and unprofessional company that has been taking undue advantage of customers even during these trying times.
