Complaint against MakeMyTrip regarding refund not being given to me

I have booked 2tickets,later cancelled as i got covid.my upi account is deactivated as dena bank was merged and new baroda bank account was created as per govt guidelines. I have repeatedly requested MMT to credit refund using NEFT details instead of upi. They are not giving me refund. I have also shared my account statement which do not reflect any refund still they are not responding. Please help
