Website shows, refund processed, but HDFC bank has confirmed that no such refund has been processed by Make My Trip for canceled flights. Turkish Airlines has also confirmed that Make My Trip is processing refund but no refund has been processed in reality. More than 5 months has passed since flights have been canceled.
