Highly unethical and unprofessional behaiour from Clearttrippers. I booked my round trip tickets for Chandigarh to lucknow on Dec 5 with TripId 16120523230 for Rs 39040. But due to delay from spicejet airlines from chandigarh to delhi I was not able to get my connecting flight. Knowing this I asked Spicejet to cancel my booking and asked Cleartrip to cancel the whole trip and let me know the refund amount. I called then since morning till evening for just confirming if my tickets are cancelled and what is the refund amount that I am going to get. Everytime, the cleartrip employee asked to hold to get the informaiton from airlines and then asked me for a callback from their side. Next day, I talked to the floor manager of cleartrip he again replied me same. but till today (from Dec 8 till Dec 12) there is no information from cleartrip side on this issue. Its been a kind of mental torture to follow up with them on this with no output. Please help me in getting refund on my tickets.
