I booked tickets for Gulmarg Gondola tickets for 18-Aug-2016 but due to agitation in Kashmir I had to cancel the tickets, which I had done on 1-Aug-2016. I received the response from officials through mail that I will receive the refund after 10% cancellation charge and would get the remaining refund amount after few months when the office will resume in Kashmir. My concern is that due to the agitation in Kashmir, I cancelled the tickets then why they are giving the same reason for delaying my refund, otherwise they should refund my amount as quickly as possible or else they should not deduct the cancellation amount which is 10%. I tried reaching them through phone number mentioned on their website (http://gulmarggondola.com/index.php) but the call is getting disconnected before connecting to any person and also tried getting proper justifciation through mail but everytime they are saying that it will take few months and I will get the amount after 10% cancellation charge.

    I had booked three seats in gumrag gondola(both of the phases)for 04-04-2019.l reached at due time and date at gulmrag,but due to maintenance the gondola was closed therefore l could not ride. My reference no.for first phase is 0217765 and for second phase is 0217794.And the total amount is 2220 + 2850= 5070.Therefore,you are kindly requested to refund the same amount and oblige.
