i have booked a bus from pune to hyderabad in which my pickup time was of 10.30 pm but i waited at the stop till 12.30am. the bus got late for 2 hours and i did not get informed for it. due to their lack of customer values i missed my importent meeting. if they have informed me before i would have took another bus. I want my whole ammount back which i paid for this bus.
