Bus Broke Down, We traveled from Bhusawal (Maharashtra) to Pune by Shreee Vitthala Travels Bus

Hi,
We traveled from Bhusawal (Maharashtra) to Pune by Shreee Vitthala Travels Bus no (MH19Y3131) on 2nd Sept 2019, our bus broke down 180 km before pune, We traveled by another bus in standing position, BUS Service provider Sushil (8698223232) said you will get your Refund for this 180 km but still we didn’t get any refund, He said Redbus Provide you refund but when we called redbus customer care they said Service provider Deny to refund your money, Some of us got refund 400/- out of 900/-, Now we are trying to call Sushil but he is not answering.
I hope you will look out in this issue and trying to give a refund.
