Complaint against Ola Cabs charging unrealistic Kilo-Meters

On 09 June 2019, travelled from Pune to Kalyan vide Ola Trip number “ CRN 3181348702 ” for which Ola charged me 185 kms, although on 07 Jun 2019 (Kalyan to Pune) for travel between the same spots & same route vide Ola Trip number “ CRN 3169682118 ” the distance measured was 155 kms (it may be noted here that no spot in Pune is as far as 185 kms from Kalyan.
Lodged oral & written complaints vide Tickets numbers 176845327 10 Jun 2019 , 178108184 18 Jun 2019 & 178920369 Dtd. 24 Jun 2019 but no response/resolution/refund despite big time bound promises.
