I BOOKED A BUS TICKET ON 28.02.2016 THROUGH GOIBIBO FROM HYDERBAD TO BHUBANESWAR AT 10 AM WITH THIS NAME AND MOBILE NO. NAME - ALOK KUMAR NAYAK MOBILE NO-8500411703 THE JOURNEY WAS ON THAT SAME DAY AT 3 PM . IT WAS URGENT TO GO MY HOME AS MY GRANDFATHER PASSED AWAY. SO I HAD TO GO IN ANY SITUATION. THAT'S WHY I BOOKED A BUS TICKET THROUGH GOIBIBO. RS. 1320 DEBITED FROM MY CARD . BUT TICKET IS NOT CONFIRMED . IT SHOWS THAT YOUR CONFIRMATION IS UNDER PROCESS. AT THAT TIME 20 SEATS WERE AVAILABLE.I CALLED TO GOIBIBO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD ME THAT WAIT YOUR TICKET WILL BE CONFIRMED VERY SOON . AFTER ONE HOUR I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD THEM THAT TICKET IS NOT CONFIRMED STILL YET .AVAILABLE BUS SEATS ARE DECREASING, SO IF MY TICKET NOT GET CONFIRM THEN I WILL BOOK ANOTHER . BUT THEY TOLD ME NOT TO BOOK ANOTHER TICKET , YOUR TICKET WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR . AFTER 1 HOUR AT 1 PM I AGAIN CALLED GOIBIBO CUSTOMER CARE , THIS TIME THEY SAID THAT YOUR TICKET NOT GET CONFIRMED DUE TO SOME PROBLEM AND ALL SEATS ARE SOLD OUT AND YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED YOU WITHIN 7 DAYS. I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE I HAD TO GO MY HOME AT THAT DAY AND I HAD NO OTHER OPTION TO GO BECAUSE I HAD NO MONEY . I HAD CALLED MANY TIMES GOIBIBO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY INFORMED ME WHEN ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT . THEY CHEATED ME. STILL NOW I DID NOT GET MY REFUND AMOUNT. THEREFORE I PRAY U KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARDING,
