Worst Service Ever .


Below Things to be noted :
1. Initially it was confirmed that with 50% payment i can start my trip . But just after paying 50% they demanded another 50% to start the trip . so i had to pay 100% before starting the trip .

2. All the trips were to be covered by innova as promised , but only one day i was provided with innova . Bolero was provided to travell in this hilly area which was very uncomfortable .

3. Hotels were below average .

4. Didn't cover all the places as promised . Only 40% was covered .

5. Cabs provided by them were so punctual that , we were starting our trip at 11:30 am in morning .

6. Even in some places Cab was not provided to us , so we had to stay in hotel room doing nothing .

7. We have paid extra amount of INR3500 for visiting the sites that supposed to be done by them .

8. THIS ONE REALLY TERRIBLE , ON THE FINAL DAY THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE CAB TO US FOR THE AIRPORT . WE WERE AT A DISTANCE OF 6 HOURS FROM AIRPORT . FLIGHT WAS AT 6.30PM AND TILL 11 THEY DIDN'T PICK ANY CALL , NO CAB WAS THERE FROM THIS AGENT . FINALLY AT 11.30 AM WE MANAGED TO HIRE TWO NUMBERS OF ALTO BY PAYING INR6000 EACH AND BOARDED THE FLIGHT IN FINAL CALL .

9. THESE GUYS NEVER PICKS UP CALL IF YOU ARE IN ANY PROBLEM DURING THE TRIP .

10. NEVER BELIEVE ON THERE NAMES . KRITIKA , ANUSKA , PAYAL ETC .. ALL WILL SAY , " SIR, I AM DOING THE BEST JOB ." ALL ARE SAME .

11. HOW EVER I HAVE MAILED THEM AND DEMANDED MY MONEY . SINCE 21/10/18 , THEY ARE PROCESSING MY PAYMENT . MR VISHAL IS THERE , WHO IS HAVING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNING THE MONEY . BUT HIS COMPANY IS VERY SLOW IN PROCESSING THESE
