Fake advertisment by Uber

I took my first ride on Uber sunday 17/4/2016.

My complaint.
1. We booked for Andrewsganj, New Delhi from sector 30, Gurgaon. But the driver Anvesh was taking us to Lajpatnagar. He corrected the route only when we intervened.
2. Before starting, we informed the driver that it's our first ride. From your various advertisments, I was under the impression that first ride is free, but I was charged Rs. 486/-. We could not contact anybody in Uber, as nobody picked up the number which he gave us.
