Complaint regarding Hello Travels Payment not done

After getting reference from Hello Travels, I booked a Kerala tour on 8.11.16 for 5N/6D with Piyush saxena ( Ghumlo India Pvt Ltd, Agra) .The package includes hotel staying and local travelling for 6 days including all toll taxes. But they did not paid amount to taxi driver till last day . On last day 23.12.16 , I started my journey to Trivendrum to catch flight at 12 noon.The driver asked them for payment ,but they did'nt make payment only assured him that he will get payment very soon . A person from Ghumlo India sent me the screen shot of message showing "payment successful"but it has no a/c number and driver did not get any payment. Due to this tension and talking to his owner/ Ghumlo India person he drive the car very slow and finally we reach near airport by 11 am. Then driver refused to go inside airport untill he will get his payment. So I have no option to request to Guhumlo India person for payment .And finally , I missed my flight.
After that I rushed to police station to file a FIR but till 7;30 pm , neither SHO nor his owner done anything ,Both were insisting me to make payment first.Meanwhile Ghumlo again sent a Screen shot of IMPS transaction but it was also fake like previous one.
Then after getting assurance from GHUMLO india for payment ,I done payment to driver from my pocket.Then SHO released me and my family from PS.
Now , who will make my payment , flight charges and one night stay at hotel And above all MENTAL HARRESMENT.
Pl do something!!!!!
All transactions done by them are fake and photoshoped screen shots. so they are a fraud company.

    This charges against us are totally false and you are trying to spoil our reputation in the market.

    As we have already conveyed to you earlier that we have made the payment to the driver through IMPS transaction and we are sharing the screenshot as well. So all the charges you are claiming against us are false and baseless.
    We are sharing the screenshot as an evidence for the transaction, if you could proof that we have done anything wrong then we shall pay the double of your charges you have claimed.
    We are giving you the open challenge to prove that the transaction we have made is fraud then, we will return the whole amount of your's as a compensation for your claims.

    Contacted so many times but neither Ghumlo India nor Hello travel trying to resolve the matter.
