I BOOKED HOTEL SHIWALIK REGENCY SHIMLA ( BOOKING ID HTLTU6TMAF/2108216 )DATED 6 JAN2017 TO 9 JAN2017...FOR THREE DAYS
BUT THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY, POWER BACKUP, BATHING WATER ,FOOD HEATING IN CHILLING TEMPERATURE OF SHIMLA.
SO I HAD TO CHANGE THIS HOTEL IN EMERGENCY AND I BUY ANOTHER HOTEL ROOM WHERE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
BUT HOTEL SHIVALIK FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY BASIC SERVICE, AND THEY REFUND ME NOTHING AND USE RUDE LANGUAGE.
THERE WAS NOT EVEN BASIC SERVICES ( MORE THAN 4500/- PER DAY)
1. ELECTRICITY
2, EMERGENCY LIGHT
3. POWER BACKUP
4. HOT WATER AND HEATING
5. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST(THAT WAS INCLUDED)
6. EVEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO BATH AND MOBILE CHARGING.
