Good morning sir,

Here i inform that , misbehave that happens from the ksrtc staff. I was traveling from KALAVOOR TO KOCHI ON 25/06/2017 at 7pm.p please find the attachment for pic of ticket. But i got the ticket from ALAPPUZHA TO KOCHI. When i was asking to the bus conductor about the iasue he didn't give any proper reaponse to the cuatomer. Please check the ticket issuing time and also vehicle location at that time. Kindly take the necessary action about the particular staff and please revert back.
