Respected Sir I Bharat Vir r/o 439 B St No 19 Shiv Mandir Wazirabad Delhi using DTC yearly AC bus pass for which I online paid INR 10815 on 01 January 2020 . My bus pass is valid upto 31 December 2020. During Corona lockdown period ie 22 March 2020 to 18 May 2020 the DTC buses were not run for general public. So during this time period I could not use my bus pass. For extending of my bus pass for the same time period I wrote a mail to inform the CMD DTC Mr Vijay Kumar Bidhuri but he didn't reply then I wrote a mail to Minister of Transport Mr Kailash Gehlot. He replied and forward my mail to CMD DTC then he replied and forward my mail to Deputy Chief General Manager Transport Mr Anuj Kumar Sinha but he replied that as per prevalent policy of DTC bus pass there is no provision in this regard. So I request him please issue a letter regarding extend the validity of my bus pass for the same time period but he didn't reply yet. So I request you to take appropriate action in this regard. I will be highly obliged to you. Thanking you
