Bus services are not completing their complete route

Writing here to bring this into your kind notice that one of the Uttrakhand Roadway bus UK07PA4197 scheduled to route from Chandigarh 17 to Pauri Garhwal at 9:00 pm today (30/03/2023) is not letting the travellers to board to the end destination - Pauri Garhwal instead asking to travel to Rishikesh only. Moreover, they have even removed the plate at the front of the vehicle indicating the final destination of the route. Despite being asked many time to provide ticket for Pauri, the conductor is denying to provide the same. They are ignoring the travellers of Pauri and booking tickets to Rishikesh only. To add further, they have informed someone seems to be their senior that there no passanger for Pauri Garhwal and have short routes their board to Rishikesh only. There is no one to put any check on them. Passanger are helpless and getting their tickets for Rishikesh only now. Wow these folks are enjoying such Liberty without thinking the sufferings of others. Hope anyone will be there to look into this and take necessary actions.
