Bearing EMI interest by wonderland vaccations

While receiving money they ensured us that their company will bear the interest charges they have aggrement with banks regarding 0/ EMI. But bank is charging 150 fee and 18 percent interest from us.
Secondly they ensured us 4 or 5 star hotel accommodation. But hotels shown are less than standards. they are making false promises please don't be fool. Don't rely them.
They are not refunding money totally fraud people
