APSRTC ELURU DEPOT , BUS allotted without cabin door

My parents traveled in service number 4805 on 07/01/28 with seat nu 2 and 36. In that cabin door is not available and msin door is nor closed in entire journey. As a aasthma patient and senior citizen, my father is suffering from cold and aasthma. In heavy winter how bus is allotted without doors that can be known by RTC ELURU DEPOT HOD might have known. Request RTC to allot with passengers side also.
