This is to inform you that on dated 7th Nov, 2015 I have cancelled a ticket by till date the amount has not yet reflected in my account. More than 20 times I have contacted makemytrip but they are constantly providing wrong information.


At last I am very much fade up and decided to file a complaint against the site.

    On dated 07 Nov 2015, I have cancelled a ticket against my booking No. NN230221131800 from makemytrip but till now the amount has not yet reflected in my bank account. Repeated complaint has been booked against the matter but the result is zero.
