UTS did not give me refund money

last day i book 4 super fast train tickets from UTS app to travel from NOQ to MHBA but after reaching station I get to know that my train was diverted and delay 3 hours. So train did not go MHBA station and no other train go from NOQ to MHBA station. So I raise a complaint to cancel my ticket and give me refund money but they told the ticket will not be canceled . but here nothing is my faults because the app show me the train did not diverted so I book ticket. so I request to authority to refund my money back. my complaint reference number is 2023010504479
