Ticket Booking Complaint Complaint Date: April 16, 2023
I had booked bus ticket with royal travels on April 16 at 7 p.m. from Bangalore to Nagercoil. But I couldn't travel. I tried to cancel in their website. But couldn't cancel the ticket within the specific time. Then I called them over phone. But they told the time has got over and I couldn't cancel and no refund. Kindly do the needful and make them refund the amount of booking of Rs. 796 at the earliest. Thank you.
