I have purchased Samsung Power Bank through Bookmyoffer. when received it was in a broken condition & not working on the physical status seems it is a used product. given complaint with the tracking ID received through mail AY9-894-ZR54 (Ticket Number:127430)it is more than 10 days of lodging the complaint not status & when calling no response from them
