Goibobo Unnecessary cancellation charge, I booked bus tickets from pondicherry to bangalore for 2nd

I booked bus tickets from pondicherry to bangalore for 2nd October. While selecting the bus type I selected non ac sleeper instead of ac sleeper. Within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake, I have been trying to amend the bookings but the service provider is charging cancellation charges. Go ibibo customer care is asking to check with bus service provider while bus service provider is asking to check with the go ibibo customer care. i dont see why i should pay cancellation charge if i do not get any option for modification of my tickets that is booked just 5 minutes ago. i would prefer going for other applications for booking if this is the case.
