Komprify TATA SKY recharge not succesful n not refund me.

Hello sir i had recharge on my TATA sky number 1096057268,
But i got payment failed and retry now.
When i retry my recharge there are i got two message on my mobile that recharge completed but i got only one recharge 285 rs on my TATA SKY .

There are my both
AMaZON order id 21702-1025441-14655
And 04457-1025441-14711.
And komprify TXN ID was. P04-7813850-5936548

Other P04-8256862-9541858.
