I have bought xiaomi redmi note 3 few days back with insurance of same company MI protect which is handled by company named one assist... i submitted my damaged piece to them and cleared all documentation process... then they texted me regarding the price it would cost to get it repaired and then suddenly they called me one day that my insurance claim is rejected ( 27th November 2016 ) i asked them that it is not possible because i accidentally sat on my mobile and according to MI protect insurance it should be covered under insurance claim.. i asked them the reason they were helpless i asked them to connect me to insurance company they said we can't even do that too.. do i asked back my UNREPAIRED handset they told me that ill get within 7 to 9 working days. Its 19th December today... i hope that one assist team are good at counting days... i call them almost everyday ..they dont even know where is cell right now...still how much time it would take to get back to me... neither how my claim got rejected... they just keep saying a single phrase " sorry for the inconvenience "
